Buena Park Police Seek Public's Help To Locate Elderly Man

BUENA PARK (CBSLA.com) — Police in northwestern Orange County are seeking the public's help to locate a missing elderly man with dementia.

Justino Fernando was reported missing by his family on Jan. 1.

According to police, the 88-year-old man takes medication and is known to walk the area between Western and Knott, north of Orangethorpe avenues, to collect recyclables.

Police described Fernando as an Asian male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark jacket, cream-colored pants, and black shoes.
