Buellton Band Members Discuss Upcoming Show In LA

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Buellton band members John Nygren and Graham Palmer performed on KCAL9 Monday and talked about their upcoming show.

Nygren, a vocalist and guitarist, and Palmer, a bassist and vocalist, performed the song "Bumper Crop" from their album Silent Partner.

Buellton was formed in the late 90s in Santa Barbara by Nygren, Erik Herzog, Tad Wagner, Cliff Hayes and Andrew Giacumakis.

After a short recording hiatus, the band hit up a local craft brewery -- Telegraph Brewing Company -- and decided to release "Silent Partner" as a digital download code on a 750 ml Saison bottle, which was distributed throughout California, Seattle, Chicago, New York, New Jersey and Arizona.

In California, the beer and album can be purchased at most Whole Foods stores and fine beverage retailers.

The album is also available for purchase on iTunes, and a vinyl release is scheduled for 2015.

Buellton will be performing at Mrs. Fish in downtown Los Angeles on March 20.
