LAGUNA (CBSLA.com) A brush fire -- about 15 acres -- is burning along Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna, officials said.

No structures are threatened.

No evacuations have been ordered.

The fire was first reported burning along the 1900 block of Laguna Canyon Road just after 3 p.m., according to Orange County Fire Authority spokesperson Steve Concialdi.

The OCFA and Laguna Beach Fire Department are battling the blaze in tandem, Concialdi said.

Firefighters are battling the blaze from the ground and air.

Stu Mundel, reporting in Sky2, said the fire seems to be burning uphill away from property.

He also observed two fixed-wing planes dropping Phos-Chek as well as two helicopters dropping water on the fire.
