Brief Pursuit Ends With Arrest Of Motorist Suspected Of DUI

SHERMAN OAKS (CBSLA.com) — A DUI suspect was arrested Tuesday night following a brief pursuit in the Sherman Oaks area.

The chase began in Hollywood, near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Sunset Boulevard, at 11:15 p.m. when the driver apparently failed to yield.

It continued westbound onto Ventura Boulevard, where the suspect was arrested about 10 minutes later under a 405 Freeway overpass.

No other details were immediately available.
