Arson Investigation Underway At High School In Boyle Heights
BOYLE HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — An arson investigation was underway Wednesday at a high school in Boyle Heights.
The blaze erupted around 4 a.m. inside two portable classrooms located on the Roosevelt High School campus on South Matthews Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames within 15 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
Authorities said the incident will not impact school today.
Roosevelt HS fire in the early hours will not impact school operations. Instruction will continue as usual as classrooms were not impacted.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
