According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, deputies were sent around 4:30 p.m. to the El Toro Water District Water Treatment Center located in the 23500 block of Moulton Parkway.

The body was discovered by a team of search and rescue members assigned to search for 82-year-old Sa K. Lee, who was reported missing from his residence in Leisure World Community around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday.
