BMW Driver Sought In Connection With El Segundo Hit-And-Run

EL SEGUNDO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say they are searching for the driver of a BMW suspected in a hit-and-run in El Segundo last week.

El Segundo police say a bicyclist was struck about 8 p.m. on Oct. 29 by the black vehicle at the intersection of Center Street and Maple Avenue.

The impact of the collision caused the bicyclist to be knocked to the ground with injuries.

The victim's current condition was not disclosed.

The driver allegedly fled westbound Maple Avenue.

Police described the suspected driver as an Asian female between 20 to 30 years old with black hair and a thin build.
