Big Rig Overturns, Spills Gravel Across Southbound 5 Freeway In Burbank
BURBANK (CBSLA.com) — A tractor trailer carrying thousands of pounds of gravel overturned on Friday in the southbound lanes of the 5 Freeway in Burbank.
The collision occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m., located at West Verdugo Avenue, according to CHP officers.
A SigAlert was subsequently issued for the middle and right lanes in order for authorities to clean oil and debris from the collision.
Shortly before 7 a..m, authorities reopened all lanes of the freeway.
No injuries were reported.
