Bear Spotted In Glendale

GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — A bear was spotted roaming around a Glendale neighborhood Thursday evening.

The bear was spotted outside several homes in the 1800 block of Cielito Drive near Starvale Road.

A man delivering packages to the area shot video of the bear around 7:45 p.m. and sent the footage to CBS2/KCAL9.

Glendale Police said the bear was a brief interloper and by the time they arrived on scene the bear had already hightailed it back up into the mountains.
