Barking Hillary, ISIS Propaganda, And Putin: Trump's New Ad Has It All

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Presidential candidate and presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump has released a bizarre campaign ad targeting Hillary Clinton.
The video - which was posted on Trump's official Instagram account - starts with the caption, "When it comes to facing our toughest opponents", followed by clips of Russia's president Vladimir Putin body slamming someone during a karate match and an ISIS propaganda video.
The ad then says "The Democrats have all the answers," and immediately cuts to footage of Clinton barking like a dog and Putin laughing.
"We don't need to be a punchline!", the ad concludes.
