'At-Risk' Cypress College Student Missing For 2 Days Found Safe

CYPRESS (CBSLA.com) — Authorities have located a Cypress College student who went missing for two days.

Mireya Trujillo, 23, was last seen Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. for the first day of class at Cypress College's School of Continuing Education, according to the Cypress Police Department. College officials say she did not make it to class.

Trujillo, described as an "at-risk" missing person, was located late Thursday in Lynwood. She has been reunited with her family.

The circumstances of her disappearance are under investigation, Cypress police said, and no further details were made available.
