Arson Investigators On Scene Of Pomona Church Fire

POMONA (AP) — Los Angeles County arson investigators will try to determine if a fire that damaged a Pomona church was deliberately set.

County fire dispatch supervisor Kyle Sanford says nobody was hurt in the blaze Tuesday night at Victory Outreach Pomona.

Sanford says flames and smoke were coming from the church's second floor when crews arrived.

It took 35 firefighters about a half-hour to knock down the blaze.
