WATCH: Arrogate Stuns California Chrome, Wins 2016 Breeders Cup Classic

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Arrogate took home the title in Santa Anita, winning the 2016 Breeders Cup Classic.

The horse needed all of the track to defeat California Chrome, just passing the favorite in the home stretch.
