Architect Designs Window That Aims To Give Residents In Densely Populated Cities 'More Sky'

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — An architect has designed a window that aims to give those in densely populated cities a sky view from a small apartment.

The window designed by Aldana Ferrer Garcia is called More Sky and was part of Garcia's thesis at Pratt Institute.

The window fixture, according to DesignBoom.com, has three styles.

They include the Hopper Niche, Casement Niche, and Awning Niche.

"More Sky is a cozy corner for the home that provides visual relief, access to sunlight and fresh air for small apartments," Garcia said on her website.

There is no word yet on when or if the window could hit the market.
