Angels Mike Trout Wins AL's Hank Aaron Award

ANAHEIM, Calif. (CBSLA.com) - The Angels' main man Mike Trout was named the 2014 winner of the Hank Aaron Award along with Marlins' Giancarlo Stanton.

MLB commissioner Bud Selig made the announcement before Game 4 of the World Series for the most outstanding offensive player in each league.

For the third straight season, Trout scored the most runs in the American League with 115.

He also led the league in RBIs with 111 while hitting 36 home runs with a .287 batting average.
