ADYA Brings Indian Street Food To OC

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Chef Shachi Mehra from ADYA visited the KCAL9 studios Wednesday to cook up some great Indian street food.

ADYA is an new Indian eatery in Anaheim that is a reflection of modern India and revolves around fresh, sustainable ingredients.

Chef Shachi focuses her menu on contemporary interpretations of Indian street foods, tandoori specialties and rich curries. She also blends Western and Indian cultures to create artful dishes that successfully marry tradition with modernity.
