82-Year-Old Woman Fatally Struck By Foothill Transit Bus In West Covina

WEST COVINA (CBSLA.com)   —  The West Covina Police Department says an 82-year-old woman was fatally struck by a Foothill Transit Bus Saturday afternoon.

Officials said the crash occurred about 4:20 p.m. in the area of Barranca Avenue and North Garvey Avenue.

The victim was declared dead at the scene.

The woman's name was withheld pending notification of her next of kin.
