6-Inch Pipe Bursts In Reseda

RESEDA (CBSLA.com) — Up to 50 homes are without water Friday morning after a water main break in in Reseda, authorities said.

A 6-inch pipe burst in the 8000 block of Canby Avenue just before 5:30 a.m., according to Los Angeles Department of Water and Power officials said.

The flooding caused for the break stretched for several blocks.

Officials did not have an estimated time for when the pipe would be fixed or service would be returned to the area.
