55-Year-Old Man Reported Missing In Cherry Valley

CHERRY VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — Deputies sought the public's help Wednesday to locate a 55-year-old man who has been reported missing in Riverside County.

Around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, deputies were sent to the 10000 block of Bel Air Drive for report of an at risk missing adult.

Upon their arrival, family members advised authorities Paul Alford was last seen walking away from their home around 11 a.m. that morning.

Alford's family explained he suffers from early onset dementia, and has difficulty communicating.

A search conducted by deputies, investigators, a bloodhound, and an aviation unit unsuccessfully located Alford.

Authorities have notified local hospitals and agencies to assist in the search.
