$50K Reward Offered For Information In Fatal Glendale Hit-And-Run

GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — A $50,000 reward was announced Tuesday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the driver responsible for a fatal hit-and-run crash in Glendale.

Martiros Arutyunyan, 81, of Glendale, was crossing Broadway from Belmont Street at about 8 p.m. on April 16 when he was struck by a white sedan. The sedan fled the scene eastbound on Broadway.

Arutyunyan sustained head injuries and later died at a hospital.

Based on evidence at the scene of the crash, the vehicle has damage to a headlight. A front bumper, the hood and windshield may have also been damaged in the crash.
