4 Men, Woman Arrested In Reported 'Love Triangle' Murder

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO (CBSLA.com) — Four men and a woman were arrested Friday on suspicion of killing a Perris man who investigators suspect was lured to his death near Trabuco Creek in San Juan Capistrano.

Alvaro Rios, 38, was reported missing in Riverside County on July 13. His body was found the same day at about 1:10 p.m. in a creek bed at the end of Trabuco Creek Road with traumatic injuries.

According to a source, Rios – a married man with children -- was part of a "love triangle," and was lured to his death.

Investigators arrested Ashkan Dezhangfard, 22, of San Juan Capistrano; Ryan Huebnar, 20, of Laguna Niguel; Siavish Hosseinaliarhani, 18, of Laguna Niguel; Angelica Shiabata, 28, of San Juan Capistrano; and Brion Hyde, 22, of San Juan Capistrano.

They were all booked on suspicion of murder and conspiracy and were being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
