34 Arrested At US-Mexico Soccer Match At Rose Bowl

PASADENA (AP) — There was a little off-field action at Saturday's soccer match between Mexico and the U.S. at Pasadena's Rose Bowl.

Pasadena police say they made 34 arrests, many for public intoxication but also for illegal vending, ticket scalping, a couple for narcotics and one for vehicle theft.

Police say that's not bad, considering the game drew nearly 94,000 people.

Mexico beat the United States 3-2 to earn a spot in the 2017 Confederations Cup.
