3 Suspects In Custody For Shooting That Killed Innocent Bystander In Gang Crossfire

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) —  Authorities said three suspects were arrested Tuesday for the murder of an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a gang shootout last week.

Topanga Homicide detectives positively identified three suspects involved in the murder of Eduardo Rebolledo, 38,on October 6.

Detectives along with officers assigned to various specialized units worked together to locate and arrest the three suspects on murder and attempted murder charges. The three were identified Wednesday as 22-year-old Ariel Baker Panigua, 24-year-old Hubaldo Matinez and 24-year-old Joseline Cuellar.

Police said last Tuesday, around 5:50 p.m., they responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon at the 7200 block of Eton Avenue in Canoga Park.

Rebolledo was found shot to death inside his pickup just after getting off of work at an air conditioning company.  The victim was the father of two children.
