3 Manhole Covers Displaced In Reported Explosion In DTLA; No Injuries

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — Three manhole covers have been displaced in downtown Los Angeles and were emanating smoke below, according to firefighters who are responding to a reported explosion.

The incident was unfolding Sunday afternoon in the 200 block of Hill Street.

There were no injuries, and no power outages in the area, firefighters with the LAFD reported.
