3 Detained For Questioning In Connection With Double Stabbing In Ontario

ONTARIO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities on Sunday were expected to question three subjects in connection with a double stabbing in Ontario.

A watch commander for the Ontario Police Department said officers responded to the 100 block of North Miramonte following a report of a violent disturbance.

When they arrived, they located one stabbing victim. Soon after, they possibly spotted the suspect's vehicle that had been described in a witness account in the area.

The car was subsequently stopped, and the subjects were detained for questioning.

A second call was then received of a second stabbing victim in the 600 block of East Nocta.

Both male victims had been stabbed at least once. They were taken to an area hospital where they were listed in stable condition.

Authorities believe that both victims were stabbed at the first location.

A motive was not known.
