3 Children Hit By Gunfire At South Los Angeles Taco Stand

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Three children reportedly were hit by gunfire Thursday evening while they were eating at a taco stand.

All three were taken to hospitals for treatment after the shootings that occurred about 8:40 p.m. near Figueroa and 94th streets, Los Angeles police Officer Liliana Preciado said.

Two of the children are 13 and one is 10, police said. Their conditions were not immediately available, Preciado said, adding that at least one is a girl.

Two vehicles suspected in the shootings were seen leaving the scene, but descriptions were not made available.
