2 Men Found Dead On Torrance Beach

TORRANCE (CBSLA) – The bodies of two men were found on Torrance Beach in the city of Torrance Friday morning.
The two bodies were found in the sand at around 7 a.m., according to Torrance police. Footage taken from Sky2 showed the bodies in the 400 block of Paseo de La Playa.
The identities of the victims were not known, police said. There was no word on a possible cause of death. Police later called the case an isolated incident and said there is no threat to the community.
The beach area around where the bodies were found was shut down for several hours, but was fully reopened at around 1:30 p.m.
