2 Officers Wounded In Shooting In San Diego, Police Report Via Twitter
SAN DIEGO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities in San Diego were investigating an officer-involved shooting late Thursday and an active search was underway for the suspect (s).
The San Diego Police Department reported on its official Twitter page that two officers were shot.

A second tweet indicated that an active search was underway in the 3800 block of Boston Avenue in San Diego for the suspect (s). Residents were being asked to shelter in place.

A CBS affiliate reported that both officers were transported to the hospital. Their current condition was not known.
