2 Killed In Fiery Crash On 210 Freeway In Glendora

GLENDORA (CBSLA.com) — Two people were killed Wednesday and several others injured in a fiery multi-vehicle crash on the westbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Glendora.

The crash was reported near Lone Hill Avenue at about 9:40 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. One vehicle caught fire.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene.

All freeway lanes were closed briefly in both directions to allow a medical helicopter to land, the CHP reported.

Three westbound lanes remained blocked while an investigation was conducted and crews worked to remove the wreckage. All lanes were reopened at 1:42 p.m., CHP officials said.
