2 Killed, 2 Injured In Sylmar Crash

SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) — Two people were killed and two others seriously injured in a rollover crash in Sylmar Tuesday night.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the scene of the single-vehicle crash in the 12000 block of North Harding Street, east of the 210 Freeway, at about 7:40 p.m.

LAFD spokesperson Katherine Main described the all of the victims as men in their 40s. The two injured parties were transported to a local hospital. The two fatal victims died at the scene. All four were in the same vehicle.

SKY9's Kevin Takumi reports that a power pole was also knocked onto the street, which remained shut down late into the evening.

The LAPD is investigating the cause of the crash.
