2 Critically Injured After Being Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver In Northridge

NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA) — Two people were in critical condition Sunday after being struck by a hit and run driver in Northridge.

The crash happened at midnight on Nordhoff Street and Tampa Avenue.

Firefighters had to cut the driver and the passenger out of a  red car.

Police were still looking for the driver of a dark-colored sedan.

That driver took off running and abandoned the car at the scene.
