2 Bodies Found In Anaheim Motel Room

ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com)   —  Authorities said two people were found dead in an Anaheim motel room.

Police found the bodies inside a room at the Crest Motel at 2650 W. Lincoln Ave. about 5:10 p.m. after a manager called authorities, according to Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt.

"The manager saw one of the people laying on the floor through a window and called us," Wyatt said. "When officers made entry they discovered there were two people dead."

Wyatt said he didn't yet know the genders or ages of the victims. Their names will be withheld pending notification of kin.

Authorities told CBS2/KCAL9 there were no obvious signs of trauma on either body.

The cause of death will have to be determined by the coroner.
