2 Arrested Following Glendale Pursuit And Crash

GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — Two suspects were in custody Tuesday following a pursuit and crash that injured two others.

The chase ended shortly after it began around 1:30 a.m. in a crash at the intersection of Brand and Los Feliz boulevards in Glendale, police said.

The suspects' vehicle hit another car, injuring both people inside.

Paramedics transported one victim to the hospital in stable condition; the other victim was treated on scene for minor injuries.

One suspect ran from the scene and was later arrested around 3:30 a.m. He is facing felony hit-and-run, evading and identity theft charges, police said.

Officers also found evidence of stolen mail in the car.

It was unclear what charges the second suspect would face.
