2-alarm fire breaks out at Montebello strip mall

Firefighters rushed to a Montebello strip mall after a two-alarm fire engulfed one of the businesses.

An auto shop and a gun store were among some of the businesses listed at the strip mall's address, 121 E. Whittier Boulevard.

Firefighters reported possible explosions as the flames burned through a shop's roof. Crews quickly contained the fire about an hour after arriving.
