1910 English Tudor Home Featured As 2015 Pasadena Showcase House Of Design

PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — An English Tudor home built in 1910 will be featured for a second time as the Pasadena Showcase House of Design, one of the oldest house and garden tours in the country.

Twenty-two local designers were set loose on the home, which spans more than 9,400 square feet and includes a 2,600-square-foot carriage house with an upstairs apartment.

This year's home was also used as a showcase house in 1993, so guests might remember the estate.

The Pasadena Showcase House benefits dozens of music and arts programs, with cumulative donations of nearly $20 million.

The showcase will be open daily to the public, except on Mondays, from April 19 through May 17.

Complimentary parking and a shuttle service will be provided at the Rose Bowl in Lot I at 360 N. Arroyo Blvd.

Ticket sales begin Wednesday and range from $35 to $45.
