13-Year-Old Boy Reported Missing In Arcadia Safely Located

ARCADIA (CBSLA.com) — Detectives located a 13-year-old boy Saturday who was reported missing in Arcadia.

According to the Arcadia Police Department, Jordan Klosswas located by authorities during a follow-up investigation in Temple City. He was brought back to the station, and will be reunited with his family.

Kloss was dropped off at 8:00 a.m. Friday at Dana Middle School, located at 1401 South First Avenue, by his grandmother.

Just before midnight, police received a call from Kloss's father stating he had not returned home from school, and has not been heard from.

Officers explained Kloss does not have a cell phone or any money on him.

Detectives described him as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands 5-foot-5 tall, and weighs 150 pounds.

Kloss was last seen wearing an unknown type T-shirt, blue jeans, a green belt, and blue tennis shoes with orange laces, detectives added.
