13-Year-Old Boy Critically Injured In South LA Hit-And-Run
SOUTH LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 13-year-old boy was critically injured in a hit-and-run Saturday night in South Los Angeles.
At around 10:30 p.m., the boy was crossing the street near the corner of Wadsworth Street and Martin Luther King Blvd. when he was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound.
The boy was in critical condition Sunday, but expected to survive.
Police said they were searching for surveillance footage of the scene that could lead them to a suspect.
