100-Foot Christmas Tree To Arrive At The Grove

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — It's the most wonderful time of year again!

An over 100-foot Christmas tree will be installed at The Grove Monday where it will stay through the holiday season.

The tree, which will be arriving from Mt. Shasta on a flatbed truck, sometime before 9 a.m. will be driven the length of the main street before being hoisted by a giant crane in the center of The Grove, 189 The Grove Dr. at The Park.

The white fir will be decorated with more than 15,000 lights and 10,000 ornaments before its grand debut at the holiday tree lighting show that will be held Nov. 16 at 7:30 p.m.
