1 Transported To Hospital In Huntington Beach Shooting

HUNTINGTON BEACH (CBSLA.com) — One person was shot Wednesday evening in Huntington Beach, according to police.

The shooting occurred around 9 p.m., said Stu Mundel in Sky9.

Officials said the shooting happened near Beach Boulevard and Slater Avenue.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.

Mundel reported there was an unusually large crime scene.
