1 Dies After Being Shot Multiple Times In Torso At Skate Park In Norwalk

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say they were continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of one person in Norwalk.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says the incident unfolded Saturday in the 12200 block of Sproul Street.

It was there that authorities say the victim and several others became involved in an argument with a man.

It was then that authorities say the suspected gunman produced a handgun, and shot the victim in the torso multiple times.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
