1 Killed, 6 Injured In Multi-Vehicle Crash In Rosemead

ROSEMEAD (CBSLA.com) — Authorities were on the scene of a deadly traffic collision on Friday that injured six others in Rosemead.

Shortly after 5 a.m., deputies were sent to Rosemead Boulevard and Glendon Way for report of a multi-vehicle collision.

Upon their arrival, authorities located three vehicles. One of the vehicles had overturned, which subsequently trapped one person inside.

A victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity is being withheld pending family notification.

Two other victims were transported to USC Trauma Center, and four additional victims were treated for minor injuries sustained in the crash.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
