1 Killed, 2 Wounded In 60 Freeway Car-To-Car Shooting

RUBIDOUX (CBSLA.com) — Authorities are searching for a suspect who allegedly opened fire on a car on the 60 Freeway, killing one person and wounding two others.

The shooting happened on the westbound lanes of the thoroughfare west of Main Street in Rubidoux late Saturday night.

Investigators arrived on scene following a report of shots being fired, and found one person dead at the scene.

Two others were wounded in the shooting. They were taken to area hospitals in unknown condition.

The suspect vehicle was described as a dark-colored sedan which fled the scene, Riverside County sheriff's Deputy Armando Munoz told KNX1070.
