17-Year-Old Killed In Drive-By Shooting In South LA
SOUTH LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 17-year-old boy was killed Thursday in a drive-by shooting in South Los Angeles.
The incident took place at 1:22 p.m. at 108th Street and Western Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Authorities said the victim was standing in front of a fast-food restaurant when a white vehicle pulled up next to him.
Witnesses told detectives that they heard several gunshots coming from the vehicle.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
