1 Injured In Norwalk Bar Stabbing

NORWALK (CBSLA.com) — A man remained hospitalized Saturday after being stabbed multiple times at a local bar overnight.

According to the Norwalk Sheriff's Station, deputies were sent around 1:17 a.m. to the Agave Junction Cantina located in the 11900 block of Firestone for reports of a stabbing.

Once on scene, deputies explained the victim had been stabbed multiple times after an altercation occurred with an adult male suspect outside of the bar.

The victim was transported to a hospital and underwent surgery. His condition is unknown.

At this moment, deputies do not believe the incident is gang related.

No further description of the suspect was provided.
