1 In Custody, 1 Sought For Murder In Montebello

MONTEBELLO (CBSLA.com)  —  Montebello Police have announced the arrest of one person of interest in the murder of a man last week.

Police also said they are seeking on additional person of interest.

Last Monday, Montebello Police responded to 308 South Vail Ave. regarding a call of a man down in a parking lot. Officers located the body of an unidentified deceased adult male.

Martin Bautista, 33, a resident of Pico Rivera is behind bars.

Eric Daniel Deleon, 28 a resident of Pico Rivera is also wanted for questioning. He is described as a Latino, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 165 pounds. Deleon has black hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his neck and chest. Police believe Deleon is being assisted by acquaintances to avoid being located.
