1 Fatally Shot Near Apartment Complex In Tarzana

TARZANA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say one person was shot and killed near an apartment complex in Tarzana.

Police believe the male victim was with two suspects in a suspected stolen vehicle when a dispute ensued Thursday.

Police believe the victim who died as a result of the shooting lives near the scene.

Both suspects remain at large.
