1 Dead In South LA Deputy Involved Shooting

WESTMONT (CBSLA) -- One person is dead after a deputy involved shooting in South LA.

Officers responded to the area of 109th Street and Budlong Avenue in Westmont Tuesday afternoon. The suspect was struck with gunfire and died at the scene.

No deputies were injured.
