1 Dead, At Least 2 Others Injured In Crash In Hollywood

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Police Monday were investigating a fatal crash in Hollywood.

The two-vehicle accident was reported around 2:10 a.m. at Fountain and Curson avenues, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The collision caused one vehicle to strike a fire hydrant. The other landed near a home.

A man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two others were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

Police believe one of the drivers may have been driving under the influence.

No arrests have been made.
