Here's what to know about tonight's Golden Globe awards

  • The 2026 Golden Globes honored the standouts in film and television, along with a new award this year for Best Podcast, won by Amy Poehler.
  • "One Battle After Another" scored the most nominations for any movie with nine, and took home awards for Best Comedy, Best Director, Best Supporting Actress and Best Screenplay.
  • "Adolescence" won big on the TV side, earning awards for Best Limited Series, Best Supporting Actor and Actress and Best Actor in a Limited Series.
  • Nikki Glaser returned to host the show for the second year in a row.
  • The Golden Globes were held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, and aired live on CBS television stations and streamed live on Paramount+
