Ian Somerhalder was ready for a new look, so he took matters into his own hands. After three glasses of wine, he decided to give himself a haircut… only to change his mind halfway through! The "Vampire Diaries" star posted an Instagram photo of the botched look – long on top but shaved on the sides. Ian confessed that he realized midway that he still had reshoots coming up for his Netflix show "V-Wars," so it wasn't the best timing for a whole new 'do.
